Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected events happen. Please call at any time to cancel an appointment; this may allow me time to book another client in your time spot. To be effective and fair to all of my clients, the following policies are honored:
Please provide at least 12 hour advance notice to cancel your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse future appointments to clients that habitually do not provide 12 hour notice.

Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time in order to honor the next clients' appointments. Regardless of the length of the treatment performed, you will be responsible for 100% of the agreed session fee.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment and will be charged 100% of the agreed session fee, as I won't have an opportunity to book anyone else for that time slot. I reserve the right to refuse future appointments to habitually late clients.
ZERO TOLERANCE: I am a professional licensed massage therapist offering therapeutic massage for relaxation and pain management. Zero Tolerance for sexual advances, harassment, and innuendo. Full draping is a must and not an option. I reserve the right to terminate the session immediately if I feel harassed and you will be responsible for 100% of the agreed session fee.
