Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Please provide at least 24 hour advance notice to cancel your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse future appointments to clients that habitually do not provide 24 hour notice.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours. Your session is automatically canceled if you arrive more than thirty minutes late. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. I reserve the right to refuse future appointments to habitually late clients.
